Order Processing & Production Time

All steering wheels sold by German Auto Mods are made to order.

Production begins once your order is confirmed. Timeframes vary depending on specifications, materials, and order volume.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

United Kingdom Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 weeks

  • Due to the bespoke nature of our products, UK orders may reasonably vary by ±2 weeks depending on production scheduling, custom specifications, and quality control.

International (Outside UK) Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 3–6 weeks

  • International delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier processing, and destination-specific regulations.

Delays & Extended Timeframes

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Custom material or component availability

  • Manufacturing or supplier delays

  • Quality assurance processes

  • Courier, customs, or import processing delays

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

The absolute maximum delivery timeframe for made-to-order products is up to 8 weeks (2 months) from the order confirmation date.

Delays within this timeframe do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback, as all products are custom-made.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

German Auto Mods is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Customs delays, duties, or import taxes

  • Failed or refused deliveries
