German Auto Mods specializes in high-quality custom automotive accessories, particularly bespoke steering wheels designed for brands such as AUDI and BMW. Our products include genuine carbon fiber options and customizable materials to enhance both the aesthetics and functionality of your vehicle.

How long does it take to receive my order?

For made-to-order purchases, the estimated delivery time is between 2 to 4 weeks. This timeframe allows us to ensure that each product meets our high standards of quality and customization.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For items shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please contact us at Office@germanautomods.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.

What should I do if my item is defective or damaged?

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, certain items are non-returnable, including custom products, perishable goods, personal care items, and hazardous materials. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

 

Are deposits refundable?

Deposits are refundable 24 hours after being paid after this time period they will not be refundable as production has started for your custom steering wheel
